This helps you to better understand the organization, your team and the surroundings you will be working in. After you have become familiar with your operating company, you will then attend the regional on boarding program, This gives you an understanding of how all Unilever companies work together as an entity.

your role. These formal training programmes ensure that you develop a thorough grounding for your path
to leadership.
Rotations

How is your Unilever experience so far?
“Risky, exciting and empowering. =) I enjoy the competition in the laundry market... mostly because it pushes the team and I to compete against ourselves... to be faster and smarter than we were the last time around. Also, I find a lot of fulfillment being part of a brand that has a real relationship with millions of Filipino mothers.”
